I. Overview of Chain Plate Conveyor:

Chain plate conveyor is a type of floor conveyor that can transport materials along horizontal and inclined directions. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, coal, chemical, automotive, power, and mechanical manufacturing.

II. Advantages of Chain Plate Conveyor:

1. Using plate chain as the traction element, it not only has high strength, high efficiency, and reliable operation but also can be used for long-distance transportation (current conveying length has reached 1000 meters), with large conveying capacity.

2. Various structural attachments can be installed on the traction chain to meet different conveying requirements for different materials and achieve various continuous process flows. This capability is unmatched by other types of conveyors.

3. Compared to belt conveyors, supported conveyors can transport materials at larger inclination angles and smaller bending radii. The inclination angle of plate conveyors can reach 30° to 35°, and the bending radius is generally about 3m to 5m.

4. It can transport materials at higher temperatures (600° to 700°) and adapt to harsh working conditions, such as heavy logs, sharp-edged ores, and hazardous chemicals.
